i am a mixed sfw artist. i'm a transmasculine nonbinary who uses he/him or they/them pronouns.i consider myself a furry and furry artist but do not actively associate myself with the fandom.

Not reading my Terms of Service does not Excuse you from it.
Please read over this carefully before commissioning me.

General

• Please understand that your commission may take up to 1 month to complete! I have certain health issues that interfere with productivity and want to be upfront about possible wait time.• Clients are not permitted, Under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for non-fungible tokens, Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits assosciated with non-fungible tokens or Cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.• If you commission me you accept this wait time. I will provide updates and work in progress shots upon request and availability.• Wait times can be extremely sporadic and can be anywhere from the day you placed your order and paid, to a couple of months later.Please always feel free to reach out to me if you are concerned about anything!
I'm always fine with providing updates on commissions and their statuses.• I do not advise deadlines!
• I do not advise deadlines, however it does not mean I am not open to taking them!
• Please give me at least a 1 month warning in advance, so we can work out any bumps in the road.
• Notice: As of 3/19/19 there is a 30$ upcharge to rush/deadline commissions.• Artists are not robots, We have feelings too!
Being rude may potentially lead to me delaying your commission, Treat us how you want to be treated!
• Has it been more than three weeks without a sketch? You can give me friendly reminders!• You can check my Queue with a button at the top of the page
• I do work on my Queue in order of the commissions ordered (and shown), and I keep this updated regularly!• Flat coloured reference sheets are REQUIRED.
- If you are commissioning me via a text description, there is a 30$ up-charge, 35$ with wings or extremely complex descriptions.
- Shaded reference sheets with a colour swatch are OK
- Traditional reference sheets with DIGITAL color swatches are OK.
- RGB codes or HTML Codes are a bonus.• NSFW Images Notice:
While I am fine doing NSFW Images and commissions for clients 18 and older, Please do not ask for NSFW Images involving any of my characters.

Payments

• Payment must be received within 24 hours of me accepting your order. If payment is not received, your order is then cancelled.• If paying with PayPal, an Invoice will be sent to your paypal for you to pay.
• You may ONLY pay for your commission using Paypal Invoices.

PayPal, CashApp, SecondLife Lindens, Furcadia Gold Dragon scales• About refunds:
You are only eligible for a refund after 6 months of no commission updates.
Refunds are also available after 20 or more changes to your commission.• I do not offer refunds when pieces are complete.*
If the image has been 100% complete and approved, you are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds do not include any tips.NOTICE:
Commissions paid for with Paypal or Cashapp are prioritized over commissions that are purchased with online currency.• Commissions requested with either a Rush or Deadline will have a 30$ upcharge effective as of 3/19/19.*

Edits

- DO NOT under any circumstances edit my artwork.
• This includes Redlines, and using art programs/graphic design programs to resize.
• Please ask me before doing edits such as adding a background to a .png.• You are limited to 1 change after the final product is received.
• Additional changes are an additional 5$• Please state ANY and ALL changes during the sketching phase!
The only exception here is if I have made a mistake in the colouring phase.• Additional charges Will appear if you request changes too late in the commission process.
• Changes to the sketch after the linework/colouring is done is a 15$ charge.• Sketch edits are limited to 3 changes.
• Additional changes past this are an extra 3$• You have 12 hours after completion of the piece to get back to me about edits.
• If you do not reply to me about the sketch phase of your commission after 1 week, your order will be cancelled and the sketch will be re-sold.• I will only edit reference sheets 2 months after they are completed.
Completed reference sheets are limited to 6 changes after they're complete.

Uploads to Toyhou.se are fine, but other social media's I prefer you ask AND only upload a watermarked version.- DO NOT under any circumstances edit my artwork.
• This includes Redlines, and using art programs/graphic design programs to resize.• If you do not like my style, do not buy my art!- I specialize in feral/anthro (Furry) dogs. Felines (big and domestic) and some rodents.
Contact me for anything else!- I DO create NSFW (Not safe for work) Art, and there is no additional upcharge.
Examples are not provided here to keep the site PG.

Design Rules

• Don’t resell for more than what you bought it for unless it has commissioned art or art made by you
(I'm a strong believer in personal artwork adding value, base it off your prices!)• Please don't delete the original artwork of the character or any artwork that I have made of the character.• Do not sell my designs if you received them as a gift, You may re-gift them or trade them.• Do not trade or sell my designs to people I have blacklisted.• Do not sell my designs if you got it in any sort of trade: Includes Art, Furcadia GD, Furcadia Digos, Furcadia Alts, or Character trades.
You may re-trade them for Artwork or Characters, but you are not prohibited to gain currency from them.• if you purchased a design by me via a character/money voucher, please only re-sale it for another voucher of that value, unless you have added to the design . (i.e commission work/personal artwork)• Feel free to redesign the design but don’t edit it so much that you can hardly tell the difference between it and the original.• Don‘t color pick or take heavy inspiration from my designs.• Don’t steal or take credit for my designs• Credit me on Toyhou.se (@pupkin) or on any other sort of character gallery place if you decide to have the design up publicly.• Don't use my designs for hateful or harmful content. (pedophilia, nazi stuff, homophobia, etc)• If you're reselling or re-trading, don't impose your own rules or Blacklist onto the design; the only rules that anyone is obligated to follow are my own• if purchased from me, all sales are final; i don't do refunds, sorry!I'm always happy to edit the original artwork, so if you want the ref tweaked to a redesign, toss me a single kofi and send me a note or Email.
